Barry Ginder
Senior Project Designer

A Senior Project Designer at Granum A/I, Barry Ginder offers 25 years of professional experience and creativity combined with significant university teaching accomplishments. Barry holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from TEMPLE UNIVERSITY with a minor in Painting, as well as an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Thaddeus Stevens. 

Barry has taught architectural design studios at Temple University and has been a visiting critic at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard and Rhode Island School of Design.  His work has been widely exhibited and recognized with numerous design awards including the prestigious John Stewardson Memorial Fellowship for Design Excellence, a Design Honor Award won in a national competition sponsored by the The Duke Endowment Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art, and Architecture (IFRAA), multiple AIA Awards for Design Excellence from the Philadelphia Chapter and from the Pennsylvania AIA, as well as an AIA/ AAH Award for Design Excellence in Healthcare.  In addition, publications of his work include DWELL magazine, BUCKS Art + Culture Magazine, and the Philadelphia Inquirer Sunday Magazine articles focusing on his highly detailed and well-crafted work.

Barry offers a unique combination of substantial professional qualifications that demonstrate both his innovative approach to design and material solutions, as well as an aptitude to program, coordinate and lead complex projects on a range of scales inclusive of institutional, corporate, educational, healthcare and residential work.
