Mark Duckett
Managing Principal

Mark Duckett has over thirty-three years of experience in interior design and project leadership. Having earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology he became interested in the intersection of human behavior and the built environment and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in interior design. He spent the first 20 years of his career in Washington, DC before moving to Philadelphia.

In his role as Managing Principal with Granum A/I he is charged with the leadership and development of clients, projects, and staff as well as office operations. Focusing on the motivation, coordination, and facilitation of project leaders and processes he has in-depth experience with strategic workplace planning, programming, and team facilitation.

He draws from experience in a wide range of building types, which has honed his expertise in focusing project leaders on addressing the disparate needs of various stakeholders on both large and small assignments. His leadership with a broad spectrum of clients on corporate, health care, medical laboratory, and government projects illustrates his versatility.

He has been published and quoted in numerous industry journals, such as Facilities Engineering, Professional Office Design, Interior Design and Architectural Lighting. He has served as a juror and guest lecturer at Drexel University and Villanova. In addition he has presented at industry events including CoreNet, NeoCon, International Facility Management Association's World Workplace and Tradelines.
